ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN      Activision’s third SPIDER-MAN game and        first       be based off        comics rather than        new movies. The PC game puts players      control of        web-slinging Spider-Man       he does battle          Venom         other enemies while getting help from some familiar superheroes. The story       Spider-Man begins when 15 year old Peter Parker      bitten by      radioactive spider. He soon realizes he has        ability       climb walls and       sense things. Shortly after being bitten, Peter         friend Eddie Brock discover      mysterious black suit that        ir fathers created before        ir deaths. Eddie ends up putting on        suit, which turns him into        powerful villain known       Venom. Peter must battle his childhood friend         other villains like        Green Goblin, Carnage,         Electro       save        city. In story mode, players can walk around New York City       much as        y wish as        y accomplish side-missions or move        plot along. Instead       walking, though, Spider-Man can shoot webs onto tall buildings         swing his way around        city while capturing gang members         stopping crimes. He also must stop Venom’s plot         defeat        other villains. Players will also enjoy seeing Spider-Man joined by allies like Wolverine and        Human Torch        some scenes. Fans of        comics will enjoy how ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN draws on        comic style         storyline, while movie fans will like getting       see another chapter in        Spider-Man legacy.
